Who we are

We do not deliver lunch. We run the kitchen.

Most caterers drop food at reception and leave. Rakani takes over the kitchen inside your building and runs it as an operation: a rotating multi-cuisine menu, service teams on the floor, costs reported back to you, and a feedback loop that changes next week's menu rather than next year's review.

Behind it sits thirty years of collective hospitality experience and a family kitchen from Delhi that carried its recipes across Partition. That is why the heritage side of the menu tastes like somebody's home rather than a hotel banquet.

The workplaces that eat with us every day

From coworking floors to global engineering campuses, 23+ workplaces across Delhi NCR hand us their kitchens.

What we do

Four ways we end up feeding your people

Daily contracts, one-off volume, evenings that matter, and advice when you would rather run it yourself.

A day on the floor

Seven thirty to seven thirty, without a dull hour

Workplace food fails in the gaps: the rushed breakfast, the four o'clock crash, the evening nobody planned for. Our service day is built around those gaps, not around lunch.
  1. 07:30/The first pour

    Breakfast on the Go!

The counter is dressed before the first badge swipe. Pre-packed boxes for the ones who eat at their desk, a boulangerie stand for the ones who don't, and eggs going to order for anyone who has time.

    • Pre-packed breakfast boxes
    • Boulangerie
    • Eggs to order
    • Savouries
    • Fresh fruits & juices
Morning counter set with juice dispensers, fresh fruit, sandwiches and pastries
  2. 11:00/Mid-morning

    Paathya Pure

Wellness drinks between the standup and the first meeting block. 100% natural, vitamin and antioxidant rich, poured fresh rather than cracked out of a can.

    • Cold-pressed juices
    • Infused waters
    • Seasonal lemonades
    • Vitamin & antioxidant blends
Three wellness drinks, a carrot juice, an infused water and a citrus cooler, with cut fruit
  3. 13:00/The rush

    Business Bento

Composite dining for one, with fibre, protein and carbs balanced in a single box, so a working lunch stays a lunch. Alongside it, the full cafeteria line: veg of the day, curry of the day, dal, rice and hot roti.

    • Global gourmet bento
    • Veg of the day
    • Curry of the day
    • Dal of the day
    • Rice & roti
Lunch service laid out along the counter of an open-plan office cafeteria
  4. 16:30/The slump

    Alert Treats

Purpose-built for the hour productivity goes to die. Diet-friendly, low on the glycaemic index, engineered to beat the post-lunch crash instead of deepening it, and it happens to go very well with tea.

    • Low-GI snacking
    • Sandwiches, stacks & wraps
    • Boulangerie
    • Tea & coffee service
Afternoon tea being poured beside wraps, savoury bites and a bowl of fruit
  5. 19:30/After hours

    The Dawat

When the floor is cleared for an annual day or a launch, the same kitchen turns out live counters, tandoor breads and a styled buffet, and the room stops resembling a workplace entirely.

    • Live chaat & tandoor counters
    • Heritage mains
    • Global kitchen stations
    • Dessert stands

Occasion programming

The days your office actually remembers

Diwali, Independence Day, the last week of December, the annual day. We programme the festival calendar in advance so your workplace is never the one that forgot.

Diwali

Mithai counters, kachori and chaat lines, marigold-dressed floors and a printed menu board at the door. Booked out early, so talk to us before Dussehra.

Independence Day

Tricolour service lines and a live counter that gives a Monday morning a reason to gather. Small, cheap, disproportionately loved.

Year-End & Christmas

Hot chocolate stations, popcorn carts and dessert tiers for the last working week. This is the service that makes people bring their families in.

Annual Days & Launches

Live counters, tandoor and styled buffets for the evenings your leadership team actually cares about. Terrace, atrium or off-site.

Town Halls & All-Hands

Bento or buffet for 200 people in a 40-minute window, served without holding up the agenda.

Private Celebrations

Weddings, milestone dinners and family dawats, run with the same kitchen discipline as a corporate contract.

Our brands

Two houses, one kitchen discipline

A quick-service counter for the working day, and a heritage kitchen for the evenings that deserve one.

Standards

Boring things, done without exception

Fire safety, hygiene certification and waste handling are not differentiators. They are the price of being allowed on your floor. We treat them that way.

FSSAI Certified

Operations certified and audited against FSSAI food safety standards, end to end.

100% Fire-Fighting Trained

Every team member on the floor is trained in fire response, not a nominated few.

Portable Suppression Systems

On-site portable fire suppression at every live service point, including off-site setups.

Zero Waste to Landfill

Service designed to divert waste away from landfill entirely, not just to reduce it.

Sustainable Packaging

Packaging chosen on environmental impact at every service line, including bento and doorknob.

Continuous Feedback Loop

A structured feedback mechanism that changes next week's menu, not next year's review.

Aligned to UN SDGs

Operating practices mapped to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Multi-Cuisine Kitchens

North Indian, Asian and South Indian lines run out of professionally operated kitchens.

FSSAI

Rakani Hospitality LLP operations are certified and compliant with FSSAI food safety standards.
