1. About these terms

These terms cover the website only. Any catering, cafeteria, event or consultation services we provide are governed by the written proposal, quotation or agreement for those services. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document applies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and forms part of these terms.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Rakani Hospitality LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, GSTIN 06ABGFR2191G1Z7, with its principal place of business at G-143, Sushant Arcade, Block B, Sushant Lok Phase I, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India. The Dinette and Dehelvi Aharah are brands of Rakani Hospitality LLP.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes: to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the website in any way that breaks a law or regulation, or infringes anyone’s rights;
• send false, misleading, abusive or unsolicited messages through our enquiry form;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or interfere with how it works, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security.

4. Information on the website

The website gives general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice and does not form part of any agreement unless included in a written proposal.

• Menus on the website are samples to show our range. Dishes, ingredients and formats depend on your requirements, season and availability, and are confirmed in your proposal.
• Photographs illustrate our food and service style. Some are styled or digitally created, and the actual food, presentation and setting may differ.
• Figures such as meals served, events and headcounts reflect our experience and are given in good faith.

5. Enquiries, quotations and services

• Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or an agreement. It starts a conversation.
• Any quotation we send is valid for the period stated in it and depends on the details you have given us, such as headcount, date, location and service format.
• A booking is confirmed only when we both agree to a written proposal or agreement, including any advance payment it sets out. Prices, taxes (including GST), payment terms, cancellation terms and service responsibilities are set out in that document.

6. Dietary requirements and allergens

Please tell us about allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences (for example vegetarian, vegan, Jain or gluten-free) when you plan a service with us, and remind us before the service. We take care to plan and prepare food that respects these needs.

Our kitchens handle common allergens, including milk, nuts, gluten, soy, sesame and eggs. Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of traces of an allergen. Guests with severe allergies should speak to our team before eating.

7. Client names and trademarks

The names and logos of the businesses shown on the website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown only to indicate workplaces Rakani Hospitality has served, and do not mean that those businesses endorse us or any particular service. If you represent one of these businesses and would like your name or logo removed, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

8. Our intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, the Rakani Hospitality, The Dinette and Dehelvi Aharah names and logos, and the design of the site, belong to Rakani Hospitality LLP or are used with permission. You may view the website and print or download pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, change or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

9. Links and third-party services

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, email and phone applications. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

If you misuse the website or break these terms, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses, costs and claims that result, to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. General

• We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies each time you use the website.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
