Rakani Hospitality LLP is a corporate catering and workplace F&B firm operating across Delhi NCR, run by two partners with thirty years of hospitality between them.
The legacy
It began as a household, not a business
The food side of this business did not start as a business. It started as a household in undivided Delhi, cooking for far more people than lived in it. When Partition moved the family, the recipes came along in the only reliable format available at the time, which was memory.
Dehelvi Aharah is what happens when that kitchen is written down and run properly. Everything else we do, the cafeteria contracts, the bento boxes, the four o'clock snacking, is the same instinct applied to a workplace: feed people well, feed them on time, and do not make a production of it.
Today that means multi-cuisine kitchens, FSSAI certified operations and service teams inside 23+ buildings across Delhi NCR, cooking for anywhere between twenty and a thousand people at a sitting.
